Having read your recent statements concerning the Russian Orthodox church and your innuendo directed at its constituent ROCOR synodeia, I feel compelled to ask you a few questions to ascertain your honesty and integrity.

You write often and without reserve of the "FSB's role in the Russian church today," discounting the Orthodox character of the New Russia and its sway on the Russian government. A government CLEARLY MORE ORTHODOX THAN YOUR OWN "UKRAINIAN NATIONALIST GOVERNMENT," WHICH YOU HAVE NEVER CONDEMNED FOR ITS ANTI-ORTHODOX AND PRO NEO- UNIATE AND RENOVATIONIST ACTIVITIES. Although you do make it clear (at least by implication) that the Communist era is over in Russia, you somehow maintain that "Orthodoxy is feigned and inauthentic" and that the Russian church is not really Orthodox, or at least "not to your standards." Let's address some of these "apprehensions" you seem so fond of and examine what "your standards" really are.

Firstly, your pretension to the "legacy of the pre-Revolutionary Russian church" has now become famous. But, somehow, you fail to acknowledge that that pre-Revolutionary church WAS A DEPARTMENT OF THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT AND HAD BEEN SINCE THE Patriarchate was allowed to lapse by Peter I. Why is it you have forgotten that? You also fail to mention that the Okhrana had so thoroughly infiltrated the pre-Revolutionary church, that it required Orthodox pastors to reveal the contents of Confessions to it. Turgenev even wrote a famous poem about it. How is it you missed that fact. You also seem to ignore that the pre-Revolutionary Russian church was administered by an Oberprocurator who promoted and demoted Bishops and clergy and at times liquidated monasteries, even censored patristic texts and canonical treatments dealing with how this office was not Orthodox in the slightest but patently Protestant. While it is also clear that your unlawful assembly WOULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED THE PATRONAGE OF THIS OFFICE and that your schism would have been undone by the Okhrana.

So you are asked, Mr. Pashkovsky, how do you in any way represent the pre-Revolutionary Russian church?!

Moreover, Mr. Pashkovsky, you seem to ruminate on the "Stalinist church" and "sergianist structure" ad nauseum and its "ecumenism." Do tell us, Sir, if by "sergianism" you mean "infiltration by a godless government into a local church's administration with the express purpose of propagating apostasy and the 'self-dissolution' of that local church, in a 'heretical concordat' with the intelligence agencies of a given local church so afflicted under a pretext of 'saving the church' or something similar"?

If such is the case, Mr. Pashkovsky, how do explain YOUR beholden associations to the American CIA and British Mi6, both representing FREEMASONIC, LUCIFERIAN ANTI-ORTHODOX GOVERNMENTS, which have led you to engage in anti-Orthodox propaganda and russophobic, ecclesiastical intrigues. Are luciferian freemasons not held to the same standards of "sergianism" then by you, Mr. Pashkovsky? Why is it you assign more weight to FREEMASONIC governments than you do to at least nominally Orthodox ones? How is it you neglect to admit that the pre-Revolutionary Russian government was in many ways only "nominally Orthodox"?

Indeed, Mr. Pashkovsky, how is it you neglect to mention that the US embassy on Ukrainian soil directed its staff to "avoid parishes and institutions of the Moscow Patriarchate" in favour of your canonically unlawful assembly and the "Kyivan Patriarchate" of Mikhail Antonovich Denisenko, a similarly DEPOSED churchman like yourself? How is it you never spoke out about the intrigues of this "Kyivan Patriarchate" in subverting Orthodox parishes and institutions to its control, ITS ECUMENICAL ACTIVITIES AND FOSTERING OF NEO UNIA, ITS BLATENT RENOVATIONISM as something condemned by St. Tikhon and the Holy New Martyrs, its attempts at gaining control of Russian Orthodox institutions such as the Kiev Caves Lavra? Or would such activities have "blown your cover" and neo-SERGIANIST ACTIVITIES on behalf of the CIA, Mi6 and the FREEMASONIC, "Ukrainian nationalist" Orange government?

Indeed, Mr. Pashkovsky, how can your unlawful assembly have any legitimacy claiming to be "resisting sergianism" in the MP when it seems to be your very method of existence since the Ukrainian (post-)Bolsheviks split with Moscow and formed their own (post-)Communist government? Have you no shame, sir, in being such an HERETICALLY SERGIANIST POLITICAL ANIMAL?!

Tell us one occasion when you have spoken out against the activities of Mikhail Antonovich Denisenko or Cardinal Husar on Little Russian and Galician territory. How can you justify your neo-SERGIANIST double standard, sir?!

Sir, are you aware that to leave your synod for another or to found your own at very least canonically requires a release from your former synod of Bishops, and until you receive such a release, you are beholden upon them or canonically treated as a "Vagante Bishop," your assembly considered SCHISMATIC AND UNLAWFUL, and those who concelebrate with you and partake of your "Mysteries" CANONICALLY CONDEMNED?! You are aware that YOUR LAWFUL SYNOD HAS DEPOSED YOU AND PLACED YOUR pseudo-synod under interdict where your ministrations are declared "SCHISMATIC" and "NULL AND VOID OF GRACE" canonically?! Why do you propagate schism and speak ill of the Holy Canons if you presume to be Orthodox and the "heir of the pre-Revolutionary Russian church" while who would be your oberprocurator in your "inheritance" of this local church?

Where have you missed that the "Stalinist Patriarchate" condemned ecumenism at the Moscow Sobor of 1948, along with half a dozen other local churches and also condemned participation in the WCC. Where did you miss the "Stalinist Patriarchate" condemned Unia at the Lvov Sobor of 1946 and reunited the Galician and Carpatho-Russian Uniates to the "ancestral Faith," WHERE THEY WERE GIVEN A CLEAR CHOICE TO RETURN TO THE TRUE CHURCH OR TO BECOME FULLY LATIN HERETICS ("Roman Catholics")and over 90% of the populations of Galicia and Carpatho Russia VOLUNTARILY RETURNED TO ORTHODOXY as a result of the missionary zeal of this "Stalinist Patriarchate"?! Where did you miss that this "Stalinist Patriarchate" CONDEMNED RENOVATIONISM AS HERESY as well the teachings of Fr. Sergius Bulgakov?! Where did you miss that this "Stalinist Patriarchate" refused to adopt the so called "new calendar" and called upon the Orthodox world and certain local churches to "rethink its implementation" for fear of breaching the liturgical unity of the Church and causing schism"?! Can it be ALL OF THESE ACTIONS WERE UNDERTAKEN BY THE "STALINIST PATRIARCHATE" NEARLY TWENTY-FIVE YEARS before ROCOR echoed their necessity and "fidelity to Patristic Orthodoxy"?! You are aware that that is what such measures were termed by Blessed Metropolitan Philaret of New York?!

So according to Blessed Metropolitan Philaret of New York, the acts of the "Stalinist Patriarchate" were not only called "legitimate," but "Patristic Orthodoxy," right?! Is Patristic Orthodoxy then illegitimate, sir? Or was Blessed Metropolitan Philaret's understanding and confession of it? How would the "Stalinist Patriarchate" be illegitimate for acting in accordance with Patristic Orthodoxy?

So how is it the "Stalinist Patriarchate" is illegitimate? Because it ministered to "Socialists"?! Where is it written in the Holy Canons that an Orthodox believer cannot be a Socialist but can be a Lucifer worshipping, freemasonic liberal democrat, beholden to a usurper "provisional" or "White" government? What canonical penalty is there for the role the "pre-Revolutionary" Russian church played in supporting the deposition of its ANOINTED SOVEREIGN for a lucifer worshipping USURPER government?! Or is freemasonic worship of Lucifer politically admissable while a Traditionalist "Stalinist Patriarchate" emanating from the canonical hierarchy established by the All Russian Sobor of 1917-18 not?!

Mr. Pashkovsky, how cognizant of Russian history and the Holy Canons of the Orthodox Church are you when you clearly speak in condemnation of YOURSELF and your own unlawful assembly and in opposition to Traditional Russian Orthodoxy and the historical Russian church? How can you defy the Holy Canons and denounce schism and heresy when YOU YOURSELF PERPETRATE IT while your Mother Church renews after persecution?

Mr. Pashkovsky, how is it your cadres are primarily NON-RUSSIAN and that you have a parity of clerics to "believers" of nearly one to one in a couple dozen institutions in the world? Why do such people even presume to call upon a link to the Russian Orthodox church, especially in light of the FACT they espouse the dissolution of the Russian local church, have an ignorance of Russian history and espouse russophobia, hatred, for Orthodox Russia while advocating luciferian FREEMASONIC LIBERAL DEMOCRACY AND POST CHRISTIAN WESTERN GOVERNMENTS?! Just, exactly, how is this not a spiritual counterfeit, even apostate movement, and attack on Orthodoxy and Orthodox symphonia? How can you morally justify such a hatred of Russia, its Church, in deceiving the very few NON-RUSSIAN converts which make up your canonically unlawful assembly?

Mr. Pashkovsky, I think these questions have illuimnated who you are and what your schismatic and unlawful assembly represents. It is hoped that bodies you have enticed into fellowship with you like the Synod in Resistance "come to see the light" and abandon their associations with you before they too are canonically condemned.

Mr. Pashkovsky, YOU ARE A FRAUD AND A HYPOCRITE, aiding and abetting "Ukrainian" neo Uniates and the "Kyivan Patriarchate" Renovationist, schismatic HERETICS at the behest of the intelligence services of Luciferian, anti-Christian governments. While in the "pre-Revolutionary Russian church," Oberprocurator Pobedonostsev would have had the Okrana round you up and exile you and members of your canonically unlawful assembly to Siberia.

That is the "truth" and "authenticity" of the PSCA. Isn't it, Mr. Pashkovsky?

"Orange" elite baptizes children in canonical Church, Ukrainian Orthodox Church spokesman says

Moscow, June 4, Interfax – Head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church press service Vasily Anisimov said that "orange" Ukrainian politicians prefer to baptize their children in canonical Orthodoxy.

"It's interesting that orange elite (its uniate part) still prefer to baptize and marry their children in canonical Orthodox Church. It has always surprised me," Anisimov said in his interview to the Radonezh website.

He believes it happens thanks to politicians' wives. According to him, an Ukrainian woman is "ardent protectress of Orthodoxy, of traditional values."

He also told that once Athos monks predicted that Yanukovich would win the election, but added that it wouldn't happen "at a time."

Speaking about schismatics, head of the church press service said that as well as Greek Catholics "they don't have grounds to ask even for Yanukovich's respectful attitude as they've never been tolerant to him, but were used against him as dirty political technologies."

European integration among priorities for Ukraine – president

KIEV, May 28 (Itar-Tass) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich said on Friday that European integration remains among priority directions in the country’s foreign policy.

With that in view, the president has instructed the government and the Foreign Ministry to finish by October 15, when a Ukraine-EU summit will be held, work to bring Ukrainian legislation in line with European and pave the way for the signing of the Association Agreement and an agreement on visa-free travels between Ukraine and the EU.

“Before October 15, we must practically finish work on all these directions, and during the summit we must in essence get specific answers,” Yanukovich told a session of the European integration committee. The president said that the signing of the Association Agreement was significant, and stressed that preparations for that “have entered the final stage”.

Протодиакон Андрей Кураев считает решенным вопрос о статусе Украинской церкви

Профессор Московской духовной академии протодиакон Андрей Кураев заявил,что визит патриарха Константинопольского Варфоломея в Россию – знак того, что украинский вопрос снят с повестки дня диалога между Москвой и Константинополем.

«Тот факт, что Варфоломей сегодня в Москве, означает, что наша дипломатия уже одержала серьезную победу», – говорит отец Андрей в авторской телепередаче «Со своей колокольни» (т/к «Столица»).

Он напомнил, что два года назад патриарх Варфоломей приезжал в Киев, где он встречался, в частности, с ныне почившим патриархом Алексием II, «и это был очень напряженный визит: тогда многие ожидали, что дело может кончиться тем, что Константинополь объявит Украину своей (церковной – «ИФ») территорией. Этого не произошло».

Теперь, по его словам, обе Церкви могут обсуждать другие вопросы, и прежде всего «вопросы о совместном нашем христианском свидетельстве в секулярном мире современной Западной Европы».

Оппозиция группируется на противоположной стороне улицыКак отмечает американская « Christian Science Monitor », пять лет спустя после того, как Оранжевая революция повернула гигантское постсоветское государство Украину лицом к Западу, новоизбранный президент Виктор Янукович всего лишь за несколько месяцев повернул её обратно к Москве

При этом земля не вздрогнула, и не рухнули небеса, а митинг у стен Верховной Рады Украины представителей объединенной парламентской оппозиции, участники которого держали в руках флаги с символикой блока Юлии Тимошенко, Всеукраинского объединения «Свобода» и партии «Родина» уже никак не походил на «оранжевое» безумие Майдана. Призывы к всеукраинской акции неповиновения призывами и остались.

Лидер объединенной парламентской оппозиции Юлия Тимошенко звала всех к стенам парламента, чтобы потребовать от власти отчета за свои действия, касающиеся подписания соглашения с Россией о продлении базирования Черноморского флота России в Севастополе. Но, похоже, Украина переболела подхваченным в США «воспалением Ющенко».

Любопытно, что происходящее все та же « Christian Science Monitor называет «ошеломляющим геополитическим пируэтом». Избранный в феврале на обещаниях восстановить разбитые отношения Украины с Россией, Янукович, по мнению американской газеты, «поступил более поспешно и решительно, чем кто-либо вообще мог ожидать. Он повернул внешнеполитические приоритеты Украины от прозападного курса своего предшественника Виктора Ющенко и в сторону быстрого сближения и экономической реинтеграции с Россией. Критики говорят, что даже если украинская прозападная оппозиция вернется к власти в ближайшие годы, она может оказаться неспособной разорвать цепи, которые Янукович кует с Москвой».

Насчет «цепей» – оставим на совести янки. Но происходящее в наших отношениях действительно, после мрака ющенковской русофобии, действительно впечатляет и пробуждает надежды.

Если оглянуться всего на считанные недели назад, то в марте новый президент Украины Виктор Янукович просто-напросто закрыл правительственную комиссию, которая готовила страну к вступлению в НАТО, тем самым убрав этот однозначно непопулярный для украинцев шаг из ближайшего будущего Украины. В апреле Ющенко встретился с нашим президентом Дмитрием Медведевым и подписал соглашение по продлению на 25 лет аренды Москвой украинского порта в Севастополе, где располагается Черноморский флот России. «В обмен Украина получит 30-процентную скидку на импортируемый российский газ», – ехидно замечает издание.

Но разве мы никогда прежде не ценили добро, доброго к себе отношения?

Зато, как мы писали, распаленные сделкой украинские депутаты-оппозиционеры кидались в парламенте яйцами и дымовухами, оставшись в ничтожном меньшинстве, поскольку недавно созданная сильная коалиция сторонников Януковича в 450-местном парламенте обеспечила ратификацию соглашения.

А если будут приняты предложения премьер-министра России Владимира Путина, сделанные недавно, то вновь объединятся в единое целое украинские и российские элементы военно-промышленной экономики, насильственно разъединенные после распада Советского Союза: ядерная отрасль, авиационная промышленность, сети энерготрубопроводов.

Понятно, что, видя, как плод их пятилетних трудов – наметившееся отторжение России и Украины в угоду западному капиталу – рассыпается в прах, украинская оппозиция и ее лидер Юлия Тимошенко заявляют, что происходящее есть «план Путина по ликвидации Украины». И когда Рада вернется с майских каникул, они поднимут шум в парламенте и на улицах. Они предостерегают о том, что хрупкая демократия Украины может повести экономику Украины по российскому пути, а Янукович создаст в Киеве авторитарный режим в путинском стиле.

«То, что делает Янукович, – говорит Ольга Боднар, депутат от блока Тимошенко, – идет вразрез с волей украинского народа; он действует так, словно он – президент одной части Украины, а не Украины целиком. Когда парламент снова откроется, вы увидите ответ оппозиции».

Нимало в этом ответе не сомневаемся. Как и в том, что сам народ Украины уже дал вполне точный и ясный ответ нынешним оппозиционерам. «Я думаю, что мы движемся к полноценному стратегическому союзу между Россией и Украиной, – считает Кирилл Фролов, эксперт по Украине в Институте стран Содружества. – Пять лет антироссийской пропаганды, очевидно, не оказали влияния на украинский народ, который явно видит свое будущее вместе с Россией. Это единственное объяснение тому, что у Януковича получается проводить такие крупные изменения так стремительно: он получает масштабную народную поддержку».

С радостью разделяю это мнение.

Оно ведь и естественно для наших народов, быть вместе. Мы слишком рядом, слишком по-семейному живем, чтобы попытки нас разделить, используя «внутрисемейные» проблемы и обиды, не отзывались болью. Вспомните – опросы общественного мнения постоянно показывали, что идея членства в НАТО никогда не была популярной среди украинцев, что Ющенко не получил приглашение вступить в эту организацию от западных лидеров только потому, что те, в отличие от самого бывшего президента, прекрасно понимали, что Ющенко то хочет вступить в НАТО, а Украина – нет.

И даже последний пример – Владимир Паниотто, глава киевского Международного Института Социологии утверждает, что более 60 процентов украинцев в недавних опросах общественного мнения не возражали против того, чтобы Российский флот оставался еще четверть века в Севастополе.

И теперь в европейских исследовательских центрах открыто говорят, что невелики шансы на то, что Виктор Янукович захочет пересмотреть свою программу по экономическому объединению, которая предусматривает таможенный союз с Россией и движение к единой валюте.

В Киеве говорят, что идея Владимира Путина о слиянии ядерных индустрий двух государств там очень приветствуется, потому что обеспечит такое необходимое российское содействие по завершению давно замершего строительства Хмельницкой АЭС, а также 25-летний контракт по поставке топлива на существующие украинские 4 АЭС по сильно сниженным ценам.

Наше предложение объединить авиационные отрасли поддержит находящийся в кризисе завод Антонова, производитель грузовых самолетов в советские времена. Он может быть возрожден посредством вливаний российского капитала и ноу-хау, говорят аналитики.

Не сделает Украину слабее и предложения о слиянии украинской газовой компании Нафтогаз с кремлевским гигантом Газпром. Понятное дело, оппозиция говорит, что схема на самом деле предполагает захват украинской компании, которая, вместе с прибыльной сетью трубопроводов, через которые проходит 80 процентов экспорта российского газа в Европу, по величине едва достигает одной десятой Газпрома. «Предложение было неожиданным, и совершенно не факт, что мы его примем, – считает Янукович. – Мы заинтересованы в строительстве газового транзита, однако наш приоритет – защита интересов Украины». Но защита интересов нашего соседа это и наша стратегия.

А пока у здания Верховной рады сегодня собираются сторонники и противники президента страны. Колонны людей идут к парламенту, вокруг которого плотным кольцом выставлены синие палатки Партии регионов. Оппозиция группируется на противоположной стороне улицы Грушевского. Оппозиция собирается заслушать информацию правительства о соглашениях, которые планирует подписать вскоре в Киеве президент Украины и России, заявила экс-премьер Юлия Тимошенко. В противном случае, сказала она, будет подготовлена масштабная акция протеста во время визита российского президента Дмитрия Медведева. Правительство перед оппозицией отчитываться не намерено и, согласно букве закона, не обязано. Семь руководителей и представителей парламентских партий, в частности, Народного Руха Украины, партии «Батькивщина», Европейской партии Украины, Украинской социал-демократической партии, Партии защитников Отечества, партии «Реформы и Порядок», «Народной самообороны» подписали учредительный акт о создании Комитета защиты Украины для координации совместных действий в отстаивании национальных интересов страны. Из внепарламентских партий их поддержали всеукраинское объединение «Свобода» и Украинская партия.

Надо отнестись к этому с пониманием, ведь даже от простуды народ лечится не один день…
