Internal popular disturbances threaten to have a disastrous effect on the future conduct of this persistent war. The destiny of Russia, the honor of our heroic army, the welfare of the people and the whole future of our dear fatherland demand that the war should be brought to a victorious conclusion whatever the cost. The cruel enemy is making his last efforts, and already the hour approaches when our glorious army together with our gallant allies will crush him. In these decisive days in the life of Russia, We thought it Our duty of conscience to facilitate for Our people the closest union possible and a consolidation of all national forces for the speedy attainment of victory. In agreement with the Imperial Duma We have thought it well to renounce the Throne of the Russian Empire and to lay down the supreme power. As We do not wish to part from Our beloved son, We transmit the succession to Our brother, the Grand Duke Michael Alexandrovich, and give Him Our blessing to mount the Throne of the Russian Empire. We direct Our brother to conduct the affairs of state in full and inviolable union with the representatives of the people in the legislative bodies on those principles which will be established by them, and on which He will take an inviolable oath. In the name of Our dearly beloved homeland, We call on Our faithful sons of the fatherland to fulfill their sacred duty to the fatherland, to obey the Czar in the heavy moment of national trials, and to help Him, together with the representatives of the people, to guide the Russian Empire on the road to victory, welfare, and glory. May the Lord God help Russia!"

[It is in this self-sacrificing spirit of national reconciliation and vanguard of Russian success, this order LEGITIMATELY penned, how we should consider the government of Vladimir Vladimirovich and work toward Russia's greatness, increase of national wealth and renaissance. Nikolaevichi in their lofty "Republican" TREASONS communed with Lenin. Even our Russian Church sought political advantage in the forge of betrayal of God's Anointed and in affirmation of the iniquities of treason to and calumny of the Russian crown.
May God grant that the malefactors of February stand trial before the Russian people and that their descendents be considered in accordance with the treasons of their fathers! Let NOT ONE personage be forgotten or even ONE foreign government involved escape reproach for their crimes against Russia and her Orthodox sovereign. Let no facts remain hidden and no crimes escape the judgement of history. Britania, who was Arthur Ransome and why was your British Foreign Office (BFO) funding him? How is it he coordinated the Rasputin propaganda and fed it to the opposition press in 1915 onward when Grand Duke Nikolai Nikolaevich was relieved of command for incompetence and thorough (intentional) mismanagement of Russian forces?! What seditions were coordinated with and what dark, Decembrist promises made to him quid pro quo?! How is it Ambassador Buchanan and the BFO helped to coordinate the events of February and subsequently orchestrated terrorist acts, such as embassy bombings, on Russian soil?! What business was it of President Wilson to traffic in revolution and call for the overthrow of the Russian monarchy in time of global crisis and world war?! Whom did these diabolical acts serve?!

Enough of the BIG LIE that Russia was undergoing tremendous defeats in the war. It would have had their operative, Grand Duke Nikolai Nikolaevich, maintained command as THAT WAS BRITAIN's INTENT AND WAY OF DEFEATING RUSSIA IN THE GREAT WAR! But tell us how it is Austria repeatedly sued for peace and needed direct Prussian intervention to hold itself together in late 1916?! How is it the spring offensive, which was to begin just weeks after the WHITE TREASON of February would not only have ended in the capitulation of the Austro-Hungarian empire, but have meant a Russian victory and an end to the war?! Austrian embassies begging for peace are record, suppressed and buried as they may be by certain British and "other" interests.
Let us witness the truth to the world that the Tsar' Martyr was on the verge of a great victory for Russia, for Orthodoxy, and for the oppressed peoples of Eurasia, but was prevented by Britain and other Western powers from prosecuting the war to Russian victory. They betrayed their alliances and sowed conspiracies, genocides, and regicides to establish their world order. Thus, the twentieth century became a time of crimes against humanity.
God is merciful. The night of Red atrocities prepared Russia for captivity in its gulag, yes, but the White nightmare would have plunged her into the cabal of Europe and its "great renunciation", dismembered and robbed of her resources, "nations" never known even to themselves carved out of her crucified body, dechristianized and apostate, pimped out to the decadence of "democracy" and "modernity". The West, its secular humanist (theomachist) "McCulture", and its institutions we now know all too well. All of its uncleaness and depravity, its undead, post-modern era and free, totalitarian affirmation of a godless day. We reject Europe, the West, and its politico-occult festival of Lucifer from any side of the Atlantic!
All glory to our Triune and merciful God! Down with blasphemous and theomachist constitutions! Holy Rus' will not join this captivity. Holy Rus' has been preserved. God acted through the Red Terror to keep the hope of Russia alive, despite the theomachists' inclinations. It seems, they became distracted in their work and in the end, allowed Russia to subsist, even if under their feet. They saved Russia from the Luciferian transformation of February and its later White champions.
The Blood of the Holy New Martyrs cleansed Russia not only of the evils of the Bolsheviks, but of the sins of February and the White treason.
Now Russia is free.
Until such a time as Holy Rus' may call a Zemsky Sobor to once and for all end this illegitimate period of Usurper rule and Revolutionary injustice, all the Russias should work in concert to restore unity without coercion and the rebuilding of the Fatherland, in ever-increasing prosperity and opportunity for all citizens and subjects, vanquishing separatism and all movements of derussification and any threats which threaten the unity and security of the Russias.
Until such a time, faithful and patriotic Russians and all Orthodox Christians are called to pray for and support the executive will of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin as a caretaker and steward of our All Russian and Orthodox government, preparing all the Russias for unity in restoration of Orthodox Anointed monarchy. Let us affirm the need for legitimate government with patience and recognize competent rule and stewardship which can lead Russia to renaissance and restoration.
Be it God's Will that Vladimir Vladimirovich be the next sovereign, all the Russias would profit and be ennobled. Let the Zemsky Sobor decide in FULL MEMORY of the roles played in those dark days of February by the ancestors of too many a pretender in our time. Russian Tsars ARE NOT absolutist European monarchs, but the imperial descendents of the Emperors of Rome, ANOINTED ORTHODOX SOVEREIGNS, and, as such should not be disparaged by anachronistic and FOREIGN "laws of succession".

The need for Restoration of our All-Russian Tsardom is paramount, but the need for Orthodox renewal is far greater at this time, while a renaissance of Holy Rus' and reunion of all the Russias and restoration of their common vision and great All-Russian culture facillitate this historical restoration of not only Russian autocracy but of Holy Rus' itself. Let us never divert our vision for a great Russia and her achievement for all of mankind as the Third Rome, the Orthodox bastion for Christian civilization and its hope and promise for the world. While we bear our Cross, we can never forget we bear our Orthodox Gospel. While if any of us, be they Patriarch or pauper, betray it, let them be rejected by us as Judases of not only our beloved Rus', but of our Lord and Master Himself, Jesus Christ, We are called to be witnesses of the great day of our Orthodox civilization. A compassionate, Orthodox Russian advent awaits us before the last days.
Our Holy Rus', which even today struggles in cultural and generational dehumanization, captive to the lies of a revolutionary anomie, repressed, disenfranchised, with the constant pressures and subterfuges of Western enemies and societies, is awaking and may God grant that we witness a marvelous and beloved event!
May Christ our True God and our Holy Lady the Theotokos restore the Tsar' of All the Russias to his throne for the good not only of Rus', but for the benefit of all humanity. Let no petty oligarch or would be "new revolutionary" threaten our beloved Rus' on her path to great days in serving, loving our Lord! LONG LIVE ONE GREAT, UNITED AND UNDIVIDED AND PROSPEROUS RUSSIA! May our Lord God save all the Russias and protect Holy Rus' from the wiles of Lucifer and his deluded worshippers, wherever they may find lodge!
