Presidential cadet schools will soon be formed in Russia’s eight federal districts, a Defense Ministry spokesperson said on Sunday, adding that an array of state-of-the-art secondary education programs are expected to be used in such schools. Servicemen’s children and orphans will get special preferences among those looking to be admitted, the spokesperson added. The first cadet school is slated to be set up in the city of Orenburg later this year.
